Shipping Policy for Nostalgia Tech LLC
Effective September 17th, 2025

Nostalgia Tech LLC, an Arizona limited-liability company, sources merchandise solely from contract manufacturers in the People's Republic of China. All goods are imported into the United States by licensed customs brokers, warehoused within Arizona, and fulfilled to domestic or international addresses under U.S. federal law. Title passes F.O.B. Phoenix warehouse upon carrier pickup; buyer assumes risk thereafter.

1. Order Acceptance
No contract formed until payment clears and OFAC/BIS screens return negative. Nostalgia Tech LLC reserves right to refuse, suspend, or back-order without liability under A.R.S. § 47-2711 and 15 U.S.C. § 45.

2. Fulfillment Timeline
Seventy-two hours from cleared payment, excluding weekends, Arizona state holidays, and force-majeure events per A.R.S. § 47-2615. Tracking emailed once label printed—no partial refunds for pre-shipment delays.

3. Carrier Selection

• Domestic: FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority at our discretion—no signature under two hundred dollars value.

• International: FedEx International Priority only; buyer pays all duties, VAT, and brokerage under 19 U.S.C. § 1484. We do not collect them.

4. Prohibited Shipments
Orders to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, or OFAC/BIS-listed persons void ab initio. APO/FPO accepted with DoD 4500.54-M authorization only.

5. Claims
Report damage within five business days to carrier per 49 C.F.R. § 370.1; photo proof required. Concealed loss claims rejected without unpack video.

6. Returns
Fifteen-day inspection window. Defective items returned prepaid to Arizona warehouse—international returns not honored unless defect exceeds ISO 9001 standards and is lab-certified at buyer's cost.

7. Force Majeure
Weather, strikes, port delays, or government seizure excuse performance under A.R.S. § 47-2615—no consequential damages recoverable.

8. Governing Law
Arizona Revised Statutes apply in full. Exclusive venue: Maricopa County Superior Court.
